AI Automation

Workflows that work for you, not against you

Stop doing the same thing twice

If someone in your business is copying data from one system to another, generating the same report every Monday, manually chasing invoices, or re-entering information that already exists somewhere — that's time and money leaving your business for no reason. Automation fixes this.

We design and build automated workflows that connect your existing tools — your accounting software, your CRM, your email, your job management system — and make them pass information between each other without human intervention. When a job is marked complete in your field app, Xero gets the invoice. When a new lead fills out your website form, your CRM gets a contact, a task gets created, and a follow-up email goes out. This isn't magic — it's sensible engineering.

Where AI fits in

Traditional automation is rules-based: if X happens, do Y. AI-powered automation goes further. It can read the content of emails and route them to the right person. It can extract line items from a PDF invoice and reconcile them against a purchase order. It can draft a quote response based on a customer's inquiry. It can flag anomalies in your data that a simple rule would miss.

We're selective about where we use AI — it's a tool, not a gimmick. We use it where the value is clear and the output is verifiable. We always design workflows so a human can review and override AI decisions where it matters.

What we build

Common projects include: document processing — extracting data from PDFs, invoices, and forms automatically; lead follow-up sequences triggered by website enquiries or form submissions; report generation pulling data from multiple sources into a weekly or monthly summary delivered to your inbox; system integrations between tools that don't natively talk to each other; and internal notifications that alert the right person when something needs attention, rather than relying on everyone checking dashboards.

We work with platforms like n8n, Make, and Zapier, as well as custom-built integrations via APIs when off-the-shelf tools hit their limits. We choose the right tool for the problem — not the one with the best sales pitch.

Getting started

Automation projects start with a process audit. We talk through how your business actually works — not how it's supposed to work on paper — and identify the highest-value things to automate first. A good first automation often pays for itself within a few months in recovered staff time alone. We build iteratively, starting with the quick wins and building from there.
