Only through the contact form on this website. We do not log IP addresses, track browsing, or collect any passive data.

Solely to respond to your enquiry. We will not use your information for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
How we store it
Submissions are received via a secure, encrypted webhook. Communications are stored in our access-controlled email system. We apply industry-standard security. We retain data only as long as necessary to respond to your request.

We do not sell or share your personal information, except where required by New Zealand law.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact ping@ladla.co.nz — we respond within 20 working days. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
