These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and services provided by Ladla, trading under SecurifyHQ Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Ladla is a trading name of SecurifyHQ Limited, a company registered in New Zealand, providing IT services, web development, AI automation, VoIP, CCTV, and technology consultancy. Contact: ping@ladla.co.nz.

Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Acceptance must be confirmed in writing before work commences.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in each quote or service agreement. We reserve the right to pause services on accounts with overdue balances.
Intellectual property
All work produced by Ladla remains our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers as agreed. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement
- We do not warrant this website will be uninterrupted or error-free
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes.
